Personal Information
After submitting the order we receive the confirmation email with customer name, email, address, phone number and OutSite-In edition info. Customer name, email and edition are stored on a MEDIA Variations' local computer. These details are used to send information about updates, to recover lost registration keys and to provide customer support. MEDIA Variations Software does not sell, rent or divulge any personal information provided by the customers. According to the law, the customer file creation has been declared to the French CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).
Credit Card Details
Registration for OutSite-In is done via Plimus using SECURED connection. This registration service is today the most trusted and reliable credit card processors. MEDIA Variations Software does not get the credit card numbers from registration services, so your card number is securely protected by Plimus. We only get the order confirmation with customer contact data.
Logged IP Information
IP adresses of visitors are automatically logged into server logs at our web server. We use this information periodically to obtain server load and geographical statistics.
