What it does: This function lets you choose which file will be displayed when your outersite is launched.

Click on to display the window Choose your start page.

Choose the file which will be used at launch. If you need to change the settings, additional settings lets you complete the address.

Example : to open your site on "index.php?2006/02/10/1-first-post", select the page "index.php", and enter "?2006/02/10/1-first-post" in Additional settings.

Full Start URL shows you the complete address which will be requested at the outersite's launch.
